Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping (standard ground) to customers in the continental United States (i.e., "lower 48"). This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Army Post Office (AFO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and the U.S. territories.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For Alaska, Hawaii, Army Post Office (AFO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and the U.S. territories, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your package is addressed to a P.O. Box, it may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by UPS.

International Shipping

We now offer shipping to Canada (with payment instructions provided at checkout). For quotes on international shipping rates to other countries, please contact us at Please keep in mind that broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) may occur for international shipping to arrive.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mealworm Farming Solutions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and you are solely responsible for their payment as the customer.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our standard shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, with fresh mealworms shipped on Tuesdays only (to ensure their survival). Any orders placed on Thursday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following week. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind that potential delays can occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
