Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please contact us at email@example.com for quotes on international shipping rates. Please keep in mind that broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) may occur for international shipping to arrive.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mealworm Farming Solutions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and you are solely responsible for their payment as the customer.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your package is addressed to a P.O. Box, it may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
